Senior Associate

Seeking a Senior Associate to grow and manage the Reimbursement Access and Analytics business unit. You must possess the following:

• Undergraduate business or science four year degree (MBA would be ideal)

• At least four years of management experience with denied claims appeal programs, patient assistance programs and/or reimbursement coding/billing hotlines for the medical device, diagnostic, pharama and/or biotech markets (Having launched a new program would be ideal)

• Ability to recruit, train and manage employees and contract staff

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop, launch and maintain programs

• Manage simultaneously complex programs that are in varying stages of development, launch and release. Attention to detail is important

• Strong project management skills and an aptitude to identify and incorporate operational efficiencies and measure the financial and operational effects

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project

• Grow into a role of developing and closing proposals as well as securing new business from current clients

You currently are a mid level manager within a consulting organization or industry. You are looking for an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial boutique consulting firm which specializes in programs for venture backed companies. This position reports directly to the Director, Reimbursement Access Programs and Analytics
