Bored of Drinking Water: Try Spa Water!

I am sure that you've heard that you need at least 8-8oz glasses of water/day and that coffee, tea and other caffeinated beverages don't count. In fact, you need to drink more water to flush out all the caffeine and toxins. If like coffee or worse yet sodas, it means a lot of water!

You might want to try my new favorite thing - Spa Water. What is it? It's tap water with lemons, limes, fresh mint, cucumber or any other fruit or vegetable that you find refreshing. Just slice the fruit, add it to a pitcher of water, store it in your fridge and drink as much as you can.

It's a great way to ensure that you're getting the water your body needs to function without making it deal with any more bad stuff!
