Reimbursement Specialist

One of the leading Biotech/Biopharmaceutical companies in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Reimbursement Specialist. The qualified candidate will be investigating patient's insurance benefits, identify network providers, provide restrictions, and co-pays as needed. Also, the qualified candidates will possess the ability to pursue product coverage for patients in accordance with the payer's authorization, record payer specific data, and consult with team members.

Job Requirements:

-Medical Insurance payer knowledge
-Ability to work in team environment
-Proficient computer skills
-Experience with Medicare
-Excellent investigational and analytical skill a plus

Required Skills for Reimbursement Specialist Job:
- B.S. OR B.A. REQUIRED
- 2 + YEARS VERIFYING MEDICAL BENEFITS
- EXPERIENCE WORKING WTIH PRIVAT PAYER
- EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH PUBLIC PAYERS
