Healthy Habit: Make your bed...
A few years ago I was so busy that the only thing that I did at home was sleep, shower, change - and make my bed. I thought making my bed was just a childhood habit, but as it turns out it's a healthy one.
Medical evidence shows that people living in an organized home have less anxiety and depression and are more likely to sleep better. Making your bed every day is one of the easiest ways to bring order to your life and realize some of the health benefits of doing so.
When you consider that depression is one of the leading diseases in America (1 in 10 Americans have experienced depression), making your bed everyday is time well spent. If that's not enough, just think about how good it feels when you get into a bed with fresh sheets.
