Simple steps for laying the foundation for change....

Is your life is feeling too chaotic to make any changes? Try bringing some order to it.

According to Deepak Chopra's latest book Reinventing the body, Resurrecting the Soul you need to lay a foundation for change by following his easy to implement steps which includes things like eating and sleeping on a regular schedule, avoiding drastic changes in your diet and removing yourself from stressful situations sooner rather than later.

For the same reason, a therapist mentioned in the book, tells his patients to do the following things before he works with them on their bigger issues:

- Go home and clean your house.
- Make your bed every day.
- Don't skip breakfast for a week.
- Get to work 15 minutes early.
