It might sound to good to be true, but with these clever tricks from the Early Show you won't be disappointed.
1. Pie - Cut the sugar by 1/2 to save 700 calories.
2. Pudding - Use 2% milk rather than cream to save 744 calories.
3. Cookies - Use whole wheat flour rather than all purpose flour to get 12 grams of fiber per cookie.
4. Cheese Cake - Use partly skim ricotta cheese rather than cream cheese to cut 60 grams of fat and double the protien. With the increased protien, you'll eat less and feel full.
