Question: Do you submit your secondary claims?

Most payers are crossing over claims when a patient has a secondary payer. Medicare does a pretty good and has been doing it for a while, but do you trust it? Or do you still submit your secondary claims directly? What about the other payers? Are some better than others?

I don't know the right answer and don't know if there is one. Everyone seems to be doing it differently. So tell me - what are you doing? Are some payers better than others?
