Texas Health Plano is in search of an Administrative Director Human Resources (Job Id# 21046).

The Administrative Director will report to Texas Health Resources' Vice President of Human Resources and to the President of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Plano and will function as the hospital leader overseeing the employee relations and engagement activities for the hospitals workforce.

Qualifying candidates will meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources
- Successful track record with at least five (5) years of experience in progressively responsible leadership positions in large, national or regional hospital or healthcare HR Operations
- Proven track record in acting as an “integrator”, implementing change across operations and processes as well as cross team collaboration
- Demonstrated excellent human relations skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage multiple programs
- Possess a formal certification in Human Resources such as a SPHR, PHR, CCP, CEBS or other designation or will commit to obtaining a certification within 24 months of assuming the position

Preferred Requirements:
- a Master's degree is preferred

Essential Responsibilities / Duties:
- Responsible for the direction of staff and functions for Human Resources, Employee Health, Education, Volunteer and Child Care departments of the hospital
- Ensure the systematic deployment of programs and activities to strengthen and advance the culture, safety and services of the hospital and consistently meet and exceed system goals and key performance indicators
- Maintain the regulatory and internal standards and policies of Texas Health Resources
- Demonstrate collaboration at all levels and through active partnering with hospital executives, managers and HR leaders
- Actively support the transformation of human resources required for achieving outcomes associated with Texas Health Resource’s Ten Year Strategic Focus
- This key leadership position is expected to deliver outstanding value to all stakeholders to support the quest for regional and national recognition as an excellent and innovative health care system and hospital
