Operating Room RN II

Description Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards/protocols. Delegates appropriate care activities to RN I, Surgical Tech, OR Aides and OR Scheduling staff. Responsible for professional accountability and development.
Requirements Must be a graduate of accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred. Must have current State of Florida RN license, BCLS and ACLS. Prefer CNOR. Must have experience as OR RN and/or critical care experience. Preceptor/charge skills preferred. Must have strong Interpersonal skills, Critical Thinking skills, Delegation skills, OR Basic skills and excellent Customer Service skills required.
